Music: Hennessy Lost Friday After the success of Interlude Festival last October in the RHA Gallery, we're looking forward to a new series of music and arts events in the venue on Ely place. The first Hennessy Lost Friday takes place tonight Friday, 29th January from 7pm, and will be produced by independent, alternative-space loving promoters, Homebeat.  Featuring live music from Talos, Forrests, and Toby Kaar, DJ sets by Nialler 9's Vinyl Love and live art workshop with Art Clash ft. Will St. Leger this promises to be an unforgettable night of cocktails, colour and creativity. Ticket price includes admission as well as two complimentary Hennessy cocktails. Tickets available on the RHA's website:   Gig: Comedy  If you're in need of a good laugh, go check out Deirdre O'Kane in Civic Theatre Tallaght tonight, where she'll be kicking off her new stand up show 1Dee. She's so good you'll defo want to see her again on Sunday night in the Project Arts Centre, where she'll be providing the first of a whole week of lols as part of the Comedy ShowHouse, a week long Radio Comedy Festival. It runs from Temple Bar's Project Arts Centre from Sunday January 31st to Sunday February 7th. As well as Deirdre, there'll be performances from other top names including Andrew Maxwell, Sean Hughes, Al Porter and our faves -Foil Arms & Hog.  Each nightly gig will be recorded in front of a live audience for a new comedy slot on RTÉ Radio 1.   Movie: Spotlight  So we're steadily  getting through our list of Best Film Oscar Nominations, five down and just two to go! Next up is Spotlight- which has just been released this side of the pond but it's subject matter deals with something that Ireland is unfortunately all too familiar with; the systematic abuse and cover up of child abuse by the Catholic church.  It tells the true story of The Boston Globe's"Spotlight" team and its investigation.     Oh and if you are out on the town this weekend  you could really spoil yourself by picking up some gorge Parfois accessories which will be featured on tonight's Xpose on TV3.
