Lynn Hunter, Founder

Lynn is the driving force behind Hunter. With more than 20 years experience working with local and international brands Lynn is a passionate PR professional with an eye for what works. Personal relationships are what makes Hunter different and working with Lynn gives you access to a formidable contacts book and the best guest-list in town. Campaigns that get people talking are Lynn’s specialty and whether that’s an intimate dinner party with tastemakers, a business conference with thought-leaders or a festival for 1000s, your brand will be at the forefront of everyone’s mind.
Lynn is also the founder and MD of the Collaborations Agency, Hunter’s sister agency specialising in bringing influencers, top-tier talent, sports people, and brands together.

Sarah Costello, Group Director

As Group Director, Sarah oversees strategy for Hunter Communications and its sister agency, The Collaborations Agency. Sarah brings over 15 years PR experience to her role. She leads two teams with one goal, to deliver incredible campaign results for both brands and talent. Her meticulous attention to detail means that she is an expert at deriving significant media value from cost-effective campaigns. Sarah strives for brands to be leaders in their field through unique campaign strategies with clear vision and measurable results.

Faye McGillicuddy, Director

With a background in lifestyle journalism, Faye spent 10 years writing for Ireland’s top titles, before making the move into PR. Faye has worked in a creative capacity with brands such as Chanel, Brown Thomas, Arnotts, Primark, Samsung, and Huawei, creating content and campaigns that speak directly to their audience. Faye has valuable insight into the inner workings of Ireland’s top media houses and creates campaigns that land.

Alannah Reade, Junior Account Executive

Alannah joined Hunter Communications in 2023. She graduated with an honours degree in Marketing and has experience in both communications and marketing. Alannah has had a passion for the world of PR from a young age and is excited to start her career with Hunter. She loves to work on crafting eye-catching campaigns to make your brand stand out from the crowd and her interpersonal skills allow her to work seamlessly with clients.

Dev Skehan, Account Executive

Dev is our eyes and ears on social media here at Hunter. She closely monitors social trends and knows how to establish your brand online. As a content creator herself, Dev knows what it takes to produce engaging content and build a following in the age of short-form video content on TikTok and Instagram. She ensures that your brand stands out online and maximises the impact of your platforms, keeping our clients ahead of the curve.

Ailbhe Kelly, Junior Account Executive

Ailbhe joined Hunter Communications in 2023. She has a background in European Studies and developed a passion for writing and social media over the course of her time at university. Ailbhe is an experienced writer and loves to work on producing the perfect copy for brands. She always has an eye on what’s trending online and tracks industry news to ensure team Hunter stay ahead of the rest.
