Bagots Hutton opens second location at 6 Ormond Quay Upper, Dublin 1 – the new wine bar, shop, restaurant and music venue concept from Giovanni Viscardi and Brian Deery Building on the success of the South William Street location Giovanni Viscardi and Brian Deery are creating a new destination for Dubliners. The beautifully finished Bagots Hutton opened this month and comprises of a 120-seater restaurant. Split into 3 areas we have, the cafe bar at the entrance, which opens from 8am, the fine dining area occupying the entire basement, and first-floor mezzanine with main bar and stage for live entertainment. Expect fresh ingredients bought daily, delicious home cooked styled dishes, fresh bread baked in pizza ovens, accompanying Bagots Hutton famous antipasti menu. No meal is complete without the perfect drink to accompany it. Bagots Hutton continues to curate the best wine menu and collaborate with top cocktail mentors. The prosecco cocktail menu has been designed by one of the worldʼs leading mixologists, Paul William Pinapple. The front area caters for daytime trade with a busy cafe feel inside a boutique styled retail unit, which will provide the sale of fine wines, teas, and coffee. Everything you love about Bagots Hutton can now be enjoyed at home. In terms of design highlights, Bagots Hutton draws inspiration from the modern New York style cafe. This venture is a labour of love and the renovation incorporates classical fittings and fixtures - dark wood, yellow and oxblood chesterfields and brass fittings with an art nouveau finish.
