ALEX AND ANI Talk Series

It was an empowering morning in Fallon & Byrne on Dublin's Exchequer Street last Wednesday for the ALEX AND ANI Talk Series. 2FM DJ Louise McSharry was MC alongside two incredible speakers - award-winning comedian Deirdre O'Kane and former Rose of Tralee Maria Walsh. The ALEX AND ANI Talk Series aim to empower women through events that celebrate positive thinking and women supporting women. The audience was treated to three charismatic and inspiring speakers for it's Third Event. This morning's ALEX AND ANI Talk Series discussed the "Success Following her huge success as a keynote speaker at the last Talk Series event, Louise McSharry led the speakers with enthusiasm across a range of topics including positive role models, the importance of recognising women who excel in their industries and the 'success factor'. There were also plenty of laughs - from Maria Walsh reminiscing on her experience of publicly identifying as gay during the Rose of Tralee, to Deirdre O'Kane on how she got into stand-up comedy.
