Wearing a DEBRA Ireland tattoo won't change lives… But a donation will...

Tomorrow, Friday 24th October is EB Awareness Day, where we can be real supporters of children born with the blistering skin condition, EB. Get your temporary tattoo in any Insomnia, stick it on, snap it, share it and most importantly, text BUTTERFLY to 50300 to donate €4 to DEBRA Ireland. #releaseyourbutterfly Insomnia will be offering half price coffees, to every customer who shows their donation receipt on their phone, Friday in every store nationwide! DEBRA Ireland supports children and adults who are living with an incredibly painful condition known as epidermolysis bullosa (EB).  Children born with the condition have no collagen in their skin so it tears and blisters at the slightest touch.  Their skin is as fragile as a butterfly’s wing and just as easily damaged. A butterfly appears in DEBRA’s logo and this is where the idea for Release Your Butterfly came from. One Direction's Harry Styles headed up EB Awareness Day last October by tweeting a picture of his own real butterfly tattoo to his 21 million Twitter fans with the message “I released my butterfly for EB Awareness Day. Join me #ReleaseYourButterfly" Here's a video of the RTE Sports panel showing their support for this years EB Awareness Day Also lending his support to the campaign is MMA Star, Conor McGregor, who releases his butterfly for EB Awareness Day Wearing a DEBRA Ireland tattoo won't change lives… But a donation will...
