As if you needed reminding it's a loooooooooong weekend and we're a little bit excited.  So.Bring.It.On!   Event: Interlude FestivalScreen Shot 2015-10-23 at 11.28.35 The inaugural INTERLUDE festival takes place this weekend at The RHA  Ely place. It's a three-day music, movie and art event spread between seven of the galleries impressive rooms, and outdoor courtyard. The Cabaret Cinema will feature a selection of music-focused movies,  including Talking Heads cult classic "Stop making Sense". The eclectic music  line up includes; Billy Scurry, Get Down Edits, RSAG, The Reflex, Little X's for Eyes,  Ashley Beadle, Justin Robertson and lots more. This feature length documentary gets the right blend of entertainment,  emotion and social commentary to tell the story of how a boy from Ballinrobe became a giant cartoon woman,  before becoming an accidental hero and national treasure! The Lodge at Tayto Park is, transformed into a terrifying and spine-chilling experience .  Be warned this isn't for the faint hearted and is recommended for people 14 years and over - though any Under 18s must be accompanied by a paying adult. The after-hours events (including roller coaster ride in the dark! ) will run from 6pm til 9pm from October 27 to October 30. There's also a Day Time House of Horrors which is recommended for children over 8 years old.
